Batteno: job management for Australian trade businesses
Batteno puts quotes, inspections, scheduling, jobs, photos and invoices in one place, so the office and the crew work from the same information. It is built for trade businesses in Australia and has not launched yet.
Batteno is a product of Nodeva Enterprise, one of our technology partners. Nodeva built it and runs it. AsymiLink Meta did not build it.

The problem it is aimed at
In a small trade business the same job gets typed in several times. Someone takes the enquiry, someone else writes the quote, the crew takes photos on a phone, and the invoice is put together at the end from whatever made it back to the office. Details go missing between those steps.
Batteno keeps the customer, the address, the photos, the quote and the invoice on one job. The office sees the whole picture. The crew sees what they need for the day without the customer list or the quoted price.
How a job moves through it
A job carries its own stage: new, inspected, quote sent, approved, in progress, completed, invoiced and paid. Quotes are built line by line with the margin set on each one. The customer gets a link they can open and accept without creating an account, and the acceptance is recorded.
Inspection photos go in from site. The findings, measurements and printable report are finished in the office, and you can draw on a photo to point at the problem. Each trade starts with a set of common findings that the business can reword, so nobody types the same note twenty times.
Jobs, inspections and appointments sit on one calendar, by week or by day. If typing on site is not practical, a voice note can be left against the appointment instead. The invoice is raised from the job it belongs to, with GST handled according to how the business is registered, and Batteno tracks what has been paid and what is still owed.

Questions

- Can I use it yet?
- Batteno has not launched. Nodeva will publish availability and plans on batteno.com, so check there rather than relying on this page.
