About these terms

This website, asymilinkmeta.com, is run by AsymiLink Meta LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership ("AsymiLink Meta", "we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the site and everything on it, including our free tools and the AsymiLink AI chat assistant.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. The site is meant for business use and isn't directed at anyone under 16.

Website use and client work are separate

These terms are about the website. They don't create a client relationship, and nothing on the site is an offer we're bound by. When we take on a project, the scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, warranties, ownership of deliverables and what happens if the work ends early are all set out in a written engagement agreement or statement of work.

If that agreement says something different from these terms or from anything on the website, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please don't:

• break the law, or use the site to mislead, harass or harm anyone;
• try to get around our security, rate limits or form protection, probe for weaknesses, or upload malicious code;
• overload the site, or use bots or scripts to submit forms, generate reports or talk to the chat assistant;
• try to make the chat assistant ignore its instructions, reveal them, or produce harmful content;
• submit someone else's details, or pretend to be someone you're not;
• copy large parts of the site to pass off as your own, or suggest we endorse you when we don't.

Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and cite our public pages as our robots.txt and llms.txt files allow. We may block access or remove anything submitted if these rules are broken.

AI tools give general estimates, not advice

The site has several free tools:

• AsymiLink AI, the chat assistant, answers questions about our services from our published content;
• the ROI calculator estimates returns from the figures you enter;
• the business case generator drafts a report with AI from your answers and general knowledge of your sector;
• the AI maturity assessment scores your answers to a short questionnaire.

What these tools produce is general information to help you think through an idea. It isn't a quote, a promise of results, or professional, legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and it isn't tailored to your full circumstances. AI-generated text can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important yourself, and talk to a qualified adviser before you rely on it. A quote or commitment only comes from our team, in writing.

Prices and results on the site

The price ranges on our pricing page, and any range the chat assistant gives, are a guide. The actual cost depends on scope and is confirmed in a written proposal or engagement agreement. We may change published prices at any time.

Figures in our case studies and on the site describe specific past engagements. They show what happened there; they aren't a promise of what your project will achieve. We publish case studies without naming the clients involved.

Our content and brands

The site's text, design, graphics, code, reports, templates and tools belong to AsymiLink Meta or the people who license them to us. You may view them, share links to them, and use reports the tools generate for you within your own organisation. Please don't resell them or republish large parts without our permission.

AsymiLink, AsymiLink Meta, AsymiLink AI, AsymiLink Studio, AsymiLink SEO, AsymiLink AEXOS and our logos are our brands. Other product names and logos on the site belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse us. Who owns the work we build for a client is set out in that client's engagement agreement.

What you send us

When you use a form, the chat assistant or a tool, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Please don't send passwords, keys, sensitive personal data or anything confidential you aren't permitted to share.

How we collect, use and keep personal information, including chat conversations, is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback about our services, we may use them without owing you anything for them.

The Powered by AsymiLink Meta badge

The Powered by AsymiLink Meta badge is an optional credit for sites we've worked on. If you use it:

• keep it visible and keep the link's rel="sponsored" value;
• don't change it to suggest a certification, partnership or endorsement we haven't given;
• you can restyle, move or remove it at any time, and the optional script that counts page views can be left out.

Verified sites may be listed in our public client network with your permission. We may decline a registration, remove a listing or switch off a badge token, for example if a site misuses it.

Other sites and the AsymiLink family

We link to other websites, tools and platforms we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data, so check their own terms and policies.

Other AsymiLink products, such as AsymiLink AEXOS, AsymiLink Studio and AsymiLink SEO, have their own sites and their own terms. Those terms apply when you use those products.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, up to date or suitable for a particular purpose, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, AsymiLink Meta isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, that comes from using the site, its tools or their output, or from relying on anything on it.

For the website and our free tools (the AsymiLink AI chat assistant, the ROI calculator, the business case generator and the AI maturity assessment), our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Paid client work isn't covered by these limits. It's governed by the limits in that client's engagement agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit. That includes your rights under consumer protection laws such as the Australian Consumer Law, and liability for fraud or gross negligence where the law requires it.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the website will be heard in the state and federal courts in Florida. This doesn't take away protections you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. An engagement agreement can set a different governing law for that engagement.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to do so later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
