Liwanto: a WhatsApp CRM for UAE real estate agents

Liwanto is a CRM for real estate agents in the UAE that works from WhatsApp, where most of their enquiries already arrive. It launched in October 2026.

Liwanto is a product of Nodeva Enterprise, one of our technology partners. Nodeva built it and runs it. AsymiLink Meta did not build it.

The problem it deals with

A busy agent in Dubai can have dozens of WhatsApp conversations going at once: a family looking to rent a three-bedroom villa, an investor asking about off-plan units, a landlord with a new listing. The details that matter, such as budget, area, number of bedrooms and when someone wants to move, sit inside long chat threads. Leads go quiet because nobody followed up, and when a new listing comes in it is hard to remember which clients it suits.

Most CRMs ask the agent to copy all of that out of WhatsApp by hand. Liwanto starts from the chats instead.

How it works

You connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, through Meta's own sign-up, by scanning a code. The WhatsApp app on your phone keeps working as before. From then on, every enquiry becomes a lead in Liwanto with its chat history attached.

Liwanto reads each client's requirements from the conversation: whether they want to buy or rent, their budget in AED, the areas they like, the number of bedrooms and their timeline. The agent checks those details rather than typing them in.

Each morning it drafts follow-ups for chats that have gone quiet, written in the client's own language. It shows why it suggested each one and leaves out chats where a follow-up would be the wrong move. Nothing is sent until the agent presses send.

Features

  • Every WhatsApp enquiry becomes a lead, with its history.
  • Client requirements read from the chat for the agent to confirm.
  • Morning follow-up drafts for quiet chats, in the client's language, sent only by the agent.
  • Conversation summaries, so you can pick a thread back up without scrolling.
  • A deals pipeline from new enquiry to won, with six stages by default that you can rename.
  • Property matching: new listings are matched to the clients they suit, with the message drafted.
  • Two-way Google Calendar sync, so viewings agreed on WhatsApp land in your calendar.
  • Reports on where leads come from and how quickly you reply.

Questions

Who makes Liwanto?
Nodeva Enterprise. Liwanto’s own site says it is built by NODEVA Enterprise FZ-LLC. AsymiLink Meta did not build it; Nodeva is one of our technology partners.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. You connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use through Meta’s sign-up, and the WhatsApp app on your phone keeps working.
Does it send messages for me?
No. Liwanto drafts follow-ups and shows why it suggested each one, but nothing goes out until you press send.
What happens to my existing chats?
Liwanto imports up to six months of one-to-one chat history. Group chats are not imported. During the free trial it reads your 100 most recent conversations.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills WhatsApp charges to your own Meta account, separately from your Liwanto plan. Liwanto notes that since 1 October 2026 this includes replies inside the 24-hour window.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days. Liwanto asks for a card at sign-up and does not charge it during the 14 days. If you cancel, your workspace is locked and nothing in it is deleted.
