Florida · our US base

AI consulting in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and South Florida

Our US address is on East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, so South Florida is the one American market where a first meeting can happen in person the same week. We work with owner-led companies and mid-size firms from Miami-Dade up through Broward and Palm Beach County.

The work here is rarely abstract. A marina group wants service requests answered after hours, a property manager wants leases and maintenance tickets out of email, a clinic wants intake forms to land in the practice system without retyping. We scope those jobs in fixed-fee phases and build them in your own accounts.

Industries we work with in South Florida

Marine, hospitality and tourism

Booking enquiries, charter and service scheduling, and guest messaging that has to work at 11pm on a Saturday. Voice and chat agents give the first response and hand over to staff with the details already captured.

AI agents

Real estate and property management

Lead routing from portals, lease and HOA document handling, and maintenance requests that create work orders instead of sitting in a shared inbox.

AI-powered CRM

Healthcare practices and clinics

Patient intake, appointment reminders and referral paperwork, designed around HIPAA from the first workshop rather than reviewed at the end.

Healthcare AI

Trade and logistics

Freight forwarders and distributors working through Port Everglades and PortMiami, where bills of lading, customs paperwork and carrier emails arrive in English and Spanish.

Logistics AI

Rules that apply in Florida

What we check during discovery for South Florida clients, and how it changes the design.

Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA)
Requires reasonable measures to protect personal information and notice to affected Floridians within 30 days of discovering a breach. Any agent that stores customer details needs a breach plan that fits that timeline.
Florida Digital Bill of Rights
In force since July 1, 2024, but aimed at very large controllers (over $1 billion in global revenue with specific business lines). Most South Florida SMBs fall outside it; we check the thresholds rather than assume.
HIPAA for clinics and their vendors
Federal, but it is the rule that decides which AI tools a practice can use at all. We only connect patient data to services that will sign a business associate agreement.

General information, checked October 2026. Not legal advice; laws and dates change, so confirm with your own counsel. See our AI regulatory compliance overview for more.

Time zone and delivery

Eastern Time (ET)

Same time zone as our Fort Lauderdale base. Discovery workshops, process walk-throughs and go-live days can be on site anywhere from Homestead to Jupiter; the build itself runs remotely with weekly reviews.

We also work with businesses in Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Delray Beach, Doral and the Florida Keys, and across the rest of Florida remotely.

Typical South Florida projects

  • Bilingual front desk

An English and Spanish voice agent that answers, qualifies and books, then writes a clean summary into the CRM. Calls it cannot handle go to a person with the transcript attached.

  • Hurricane-season operations

Customer and tenant notices, status updates and callback lists that can be switched on in an hour, with a person approving every outbound message.

  • Charter and service scheduling

Requests from web forms, WhatsApp and email turned into calendar holds and quotes, with deposits tracked against the booking.
